E.L.F Cream Eyeliner in Midnight - Review and Swatches

Hello people! I tried the new cream eyeliner from E.l.f cosmetics in the shade Midnight. It is a navy blue, a very pretty color. So far I like it, but it isn't the best cream eyeliner I own.

It takes layering to get an intense effect and it applies better over an eyeshadow rather than on the bare skin.
For the price (US: 3$ Eu: 4 € Uk: 3.50£) is a good product but isn't in my e.l.f favourites.

I hope this post was helpful.

Sleek Palette in Storm - Review, Swatches and Makeup Look

Hello girls!! Back in march I won a Facebook contest hosted by Sleek Cosmetics and I received a palette for free!!! YAY!!!!! I'm going to review it for you guys.
The palette is the STORM one.
I really like this palette. I'm not saying that because I got it for free, I do think that.

Pluside:
- The price: this palette retails for 4.99 pounds and it is a great price for what you get.

- The colors: 12 colors (9 shimmer and 3 matte). This color are extremely pigmented with a great color payoff. You can do Smokey eyes, Everyday eyes...every look that you come up with because in this particular palette there are all the basics colors you need.
- The packaging: So cute!!! It has a giant mirror and a very good sponge brush.
Downside:

- The shimmer: For my taste some of the eyeshadows are too shimmery, but it's not a big deal if you use a matte color along with the shimmery ones.

Here's are the swatches I made with natural light:

This is a look I did with this palette so you can see how the eyeshadows look :-)

I used the pink eyeshadow all over the lid, the burgundy color in the crease and the black matte color on the outer corner of my eye. Then I used the cream color (second one from the left in the top row) on my browbone. On the lower lashline I used the burgundy color.

Hope you like it!!!

A special thanks to Sleek Cosmetics.
See you Soon!

Review - E.l.f Studio Line Mineral Infused Mascara

Hello everyone!!! So...I tried the E.l.f Studio Line new things and I'm going to review them for you guys. Today I want to talk about the Mineral Infused Mascara.
This Mascara really impressed me. It's cheap and great, it lasts all day and it gives you a natural looking lashes and a reasonable amount of lenght and volume. It has a silicone brush that is clumps free.

The only downside is that the formula is a little wet and tends to smudge when you apply the mascara, like it happened to me in these photos, but If you're careful you should have no problem:

In these photos I have no makeup on and I haven't curl my lashes.

Here's the link where you can buy it: Europe and USA

I hope that was helpful...

See you soon

My Top 10 Must-Have Products from E.l.f Cosmetics

Hello everyone, today I wanted to tell you how much I love this very cheap brand called E.L.F.
For those makeup addicted like me, this is certainly a brand worth checking out...
I ordered from E.L.F website plenty of time and I have more than one product of any product on their website, so I know what I'm talking about.
Among the great thing about this brand, there is the worldwide shipping...How amazing is that?
I live in Europe so I order on E.l.f Uk website, but if you are in America, you can order HERE.

These are my top 10 must have things from E.l.f:

1- E.l.f Mineral Booster: this product is amazing...I think this is my favourite among the products. It is a sheer powder and it absors oil on your skin and gives you a photo finishing touch, like the website says. My skin feel smoother everytime I use this to set my makeup. I use it with Elf studio line Kabuki Brush.

2- E.l.f Healthy Glow Bronzing Powder in Luminance: this product is always sold out for a reason...It is AMAZING! The Luminance powder is the perfect face T-zone highlighter and can also be used for browbone highlighter.

3- E.l.f Mineral Eyeshadow in Natural: this is my favourite one, and I have almost all of their shades. Natural is a skintone color, it is very shimmery and looks almost gold under certain lights. I usually apply it wet, but it looks good anyway.

4- E.l.f Mineral Lipstick in Runway Pink: this is one of their new shades. It is a perfect nude pink lipstick that goes well with any makeup look, especially with smokey eyes. I love the formula of this lipstick, I have five of them. They feel soft and moisturizing on the lips.

5- E.l.f Eyelid Primer: this is a primer that suprised me...really? It is so cheap I thought it was rubbish, but it is awesome. I put this on my eyelid before applying my eyeshadow, and my makeup lasts all day! O_O I have already a back up of this! I have the high brands primers, like Urban Decay Primer potion and Mac Paint Pot, but I'm not kidding, this does almost the same job. So If you are looking for a cheap but good primer this is perfect for you.

6- E.l.f Mineral Eye liner pen in BLACK: I use this everyday. It is black enough, precise, creamy and It is good on your upper lashes and on the waterline. Love it.

7- E.l.f Studio Contouring Blush & Bronzing Powder: this palette has a coral glittery blush and a matte bronzer. I use this everyday too. The matte bronzer is an amazing contour for your cheeks and the blush is really pretty too. It appears to be glittery but on your cheeks they do not show, which is good cause we don't want glitter all over our face.

8- E.l.f Studio Lip Balm SPF 15: This is a wonderful lip balm. It is highly moisturizing and If you put this under your lipstick, it has a lip gloss effect! O_O It also protects you from the sun, cause it has SPF 15. It has a minty flavour.

9- E.l.f Studio Eyelash Curler: It is great! It curls your lashes wonderfully and it is easy to use.

10- E.l.f Eyeshow Compacts: This is a quad that you can customize with eyeshadow, blush and lip colors. I have all the eyeshadows and three compacts to store them. My favourite colors are: Sage (a wonderful gold/green), Mocha (a bronze color), Moondust (taupe color) and Ivory (a white shimmery highlighter shade).

I hope that was helpful. These are my top 10 item from E.l.f, but I like almost every product.

THIS IS MY HONEST OPINION, I'M NOT PAID FOR THIS AND I BOUGHT ALL MY MAKEUP.

Miley Cyrus Makeup Look @ Academy Awards Oscar 2010

Yesterday I was watching the Oscars and when I saw Miley Cyrus I thought she looked so beautiful and classy. The following is my rendition of her look...I hope you like it, and let me know if you want to see more tutorial about Red Carpet Looks...

Of course i DON'T have her beautiful blue eyes, but as you can see this look is amazing on everyone.

This is the makeup step by step:

1- Use a base all over your eye to prevent creasing - I used Mac Rubenesque Paint Pot.

2- Use a coopery/gold Eyeshadow all over your eyelid up a little bit to the crease - I used Kiko n°25.

3- Use a darker copper color and place it on your crease, then blend the edges with a matte medium brown eyeshadow - I used Kiko n°26 and n°05.

4- Use a Gold sheer eyeshadow on your brow bone and blend the three eyeshadow together - I used Kiko n°90.

5- Take a black liquid eyeliner, create a very thick line and make a little wing on the outer corner. - I used Rimmel London Flash Eyeliner.

6- Take a black eyepencil and place it on your waterline and underneath 3/4 in, and inside your upper lashes. - I used E.l.F mineral eyeliner in black.

7- Take your copper eyeshadow and smudge the line you made with the black pencil.

8- On the inner corner of your eye place the gold eyeshadow.

9- Curl your lashes and put on your favourite mascara - I used my Maybelline NY Volume Express Mascara.

10- If you want put some false lashes on. - I used E.L.F Natural False Lashes.

11- Use your foundation and concealer, use a powder to set your foundation - I used Maybelline NY Dream satiné liquid foundation, Affitone Concelear and E.L.F studio line Complexion Perfection Powder.

12- Use a Coral Blush on your chickbones. - I used Mac Blush Ombre in Ripe Peach.

13- Use a pink/nude lipstick and you're done! - I used E.L.F mineral Lipstick in Runway Pink.

I hope you like the look...

Lea Michele: 20th Century Fox Golden Globe Celebration - Make up Look

I love Glee and I adore Lea Michele. I tried her look and It looks amazing on me and I think will look amazing on everyone.

This is the look:

This is my rendition of the look:

I used a grey shimmer eyeshadow from Elf Eyeshadow Duo in Black Licorice on my lid and white eyeshadow on the inner corner. In the crease I used a brown/pink matte eyeshadow and under my eyebrow a nude matte eyeshadow. On my lid I put my mineral eyeliner pencil by elf and on the lower lashes a brown one with a little bit of light brown eyeshadow on top. Then I used my mascara.
Use your foundation, a coral blush on the cheeks, a pink pale lipstick and you're good to go :D
